Standing!!

I started standing up all by myself on Christmas day and now there is no stopping me. I pull myself up on anything I can get my hands on - even Kaden! The only problem is that once I'm up, I don't have perfect balance and so the standing usually ends badly. I'm sure that after a few bumps and bruises I'll be steady as a rock - stay tuned!!

Christmas Aftermath

During the days after Christmas, we had so many visitors! Nana Lanna stayed to visit. Auntie Beth (my godmother), Uncle Steve, Auntie Missy, and Uncle Greg came over for breakfast. Then Mommy and Daddy went out to dinner with Uncle Chris (Godfather, with a capital "G') and Auntie Jenny. My cousins from North Carolina also came for a visit and I met my cousin Mary Claire for the first time - she is only 8 months older than me! It's a good thing that Noni and Poppa have extra space so that I can spend time with all these folks!

My First Christmas

Merry Christmas Everyone!! This year was my first Christmas and it was so so merry! Mommy, Daddy, Nana Lanna and I spent Christmas in Rhode Island with Poppa Ron, Noni Cherie, Uncle Matt and Uncle Ryan. Cousins Marrianne, Jan, Phillip, Patrick, Great Aunt Lorraine, Great Nana, and Great Grandma were there too. What a big group! So many people gave me so many cool toys including my own ball pit, a ride on zebra, and no less than 4 musical tables. I loved all the attention and all the TOYS! I think Santa should come more than once a year!!

Come home Freddie!!

My Uncle Scuba Steve is very jealous of the press that everyone else is getting on my blog. I forgot my Freddie the Firefly at Uncle Scuba's house and he says that Freddie is being held hostage until he is mentioned on my blog. Here's your shout out, Uncle Scuba. Those are some nice pj's!!

My Singing Frog

Auntie Amy gave me this frog before I was even born. I have lots of stuffed animals, but this one is my favorite!

Early Christmas Present

Mommy and Daddy let me open one Christmas present early. It was from Grauntie Cheryl! I had lots of fun playing with the big red bag. Inside was a ride on Tonka truck - how cool!! I can't wait to ride on it! Thank you Grauntie Cheryl! Merry Christmas!!

My First Snow Storm

Today I weathered my first snow storm! Mommy worked from home and we stayed inside all day. We read books and played with all my toys. I'm glad we didn't have to go out in the storm!

I'm a Little Superstar!!

Nana Lanna bought me this super cool toy. I've been wanting this toy for soooo long...ever since I played with my friend Noah's. It's called "Little Superstar". I just couldn't wait until Christmas, so Mommy and Daddy let me open it. I play with it everyday! My favorite part is the microphone. I shake it to the beat of all the tunes! Thank you Nana Lanna!!!

Growing up...

Even though it makes Mommy a little sad, I'm definitely growing up. I can even drink my milk all by myself. I only need help to get the last little bit out!

My Christmas Tree!

Last night, Mommy, Daddy and I decorated our Christmas tree. Mommy put all the breakable ornaments out of my reach, but that didn't stop me from crawling over to the tree and pulling on the branches. I hope the needles of a Douglas Fur aren't poisonous.

Great Aunt Debbie sent me this rocking chair in the mail. It belonged to my Great Uncle David when he was a little boy. I'm so happy to have a chair that is just my size!

Mommy was afraid to take my picture in the chair because I don't like to sit still, so she let my brother Kaden test out the chair first!
